The
Vogelfluglinie
The
bird flight line was named after the route that migratory birds have chosen for
thousands of years when they fly to their breeding grounds in the north in
spring and then back to their winter quarters in the south in autumn. The
railway and European route 4 lead from Hamburg via Lübeck and the 963-metre-long
Fehmarnsund Bridge to Puttgarden on Fehmarn. The Vogelfluglinie forms one of the
most important international connections for European trains via Fehmarn, e.g.
from Copenhagen to Paris.
Please board, close doors!
This
route leads from Lübeck via Oldenburg to Fehmarn to reach the Puttgarden ferry
terminal. The Lübeck and Puttgarden areas offer the virtual railwayman numerous
opportunities to experience shunting traffic. Unload the incoming ferries in
Puttgarden and assemble the corresponding trains. The 6 included scenarios (of
course with announcements) and a quick drive ensure driving fun.

destination display, and on the other hand, a railcar of the Danish IC3 series.
A separate manual for the Class 628 railcar can be found in the Railworks
Manuals folder. In addition, various of our freeware wagons are included in
order to be able to offer more variety in the vehicles that occur in tasks.
