The real route was recreated as it appeared in the year 2011. All of the trackwork and buildings are taken from that year. Therefore, Zürich Löwenstrasse station and the bridges on its approach have not been recreated. The entire route is electrified with the standard SBB overhead lectrification, although there are a few non-electrified sidings and industrial spurs. Signalling is a mix of N (number) and L (lamp) signals which SBB uses. It is possible that a change from the old signalling system to the new system can happen unannounced while driving. A great emphasis has been placed on the accurate recreation of station buildings and speed limits. Most stations have platforms which are divided up into several sections with stopping markers. When driving a short train, it is possible that you might not have to pull up to the end of the platform to stop accurately.

The add-on is published without any additional scenarios or rolling stock. A scenario pack with suitable rolling stock will be released in the future on Trainsimulator.ch.

The following lines have been included in the simulation:

• Zürich HB – Baden – Brugg AG – Aarau – Olten (Stammstrecke)

• Zürich HB – Heitersberg – Lenzburg – Aarau

• Wettingen – Baden Oberstadt – Mägenwil (freight-only line)

• Brugg AG – Lupfig – Othmarsingen
