General Terms & Conditions

Orders:
As soon as the ordering process is completed, the order is binding. In the case of pre-orders, you can withdraw from the purchase contract. If an item is not paid for within three weeks, the order will be deleted. The item must then be reordered. You can check whether your order is still active in your customer center.

Payment:
Payment is generally made in advance.
The following payment methods are currently accepted:
Advance payment, Advance payment with paper-bill, Paypal, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PostFinance, PostFinance E-Finance, Twint, Visa
Please do not send any money before completing the order, otherwise we will not be able to allocate the payment.

Please only pay by letter with money in Swiss francs or euros. Other means of payment (stamps, cuppons, etc) or other foreign currencies are not accepted.

Retention of title:
The goods remain the property of Michael Albiez, www.trainsimulator.ch until full payment has been made.

Refund policy:
There is no right of return for software that is downloaded.

Data protection:
The data necessary for shipping processing is stored in our database. Your personal data will of course be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to any third parties.
