Long-awaited and finally here: 3DZUG's InterCityNight (Talgo)!
Pure comfort and absolute relaxation awaited the guests of this
exceptional night train. Launched in 1994, the Talgo, based on the
Spanish RENFE hotel trains, was intended to significantly improve travel
comfort. For this purpose, the InterCityNight (ICN) train class was
created specifically – true to the motto "Don't do things by halves, do them by
heart."
The first five Talgo Pendular 200s comprised 112 carriages. Unlike
other night trains, this train originally consisted only of sleeping
and seating cars, along with a restaurant. In addition to the
couchette cars added later, two engine cars formed the rear of the
train.
Subsequently, the Talgo trains were combined with conventional
night trains under the name DB NachtZug, then under the name DB City
Night Line, before the trains were decommissioned in 2009 for
reasons of cost-effectiveness.
3DZUG, however, hasn't forgotten the Talgo and has dedicated itself
wholeheartedly to this train. Therefore, we now offer it in our usual
first-class quality to expand your fleet. A total of nine
different trains are waiting for a new home. Want to not just
watch from the outside, but also take a ride yourself? No problem with
us: We offer two highly detailed interior views of the restaurant and
seating cars.
Of course, we also considered Germany's favorite thing: cars.
These can be taken along on the included DDm 915 passenger car –
naturally with the proven CarCreator for maximum variety.
Realistic sound, four included tasks, and numerous Quickdrive trains
complete the package and make this unique night train truly unforgettable.
