Since their introduction in the 1930s, these railcars have delighted young and old alike. As a train driver, you can fulfill your ultimate railway dream with the "RAe 2/4" on your RailWorks Train Simulator! Hardly any SBB vehicle today has the popularity and notoriety that the "Roten Pfeile" once enjoyed. Today, one of these almost 70-year-old light railcars is still in use by the SBB and is a testament to the innovative spirit and courage of the vehicle designers of the time as well as the SBB to order such unusual and, for the 1930s, revolutionary vehicles.

The "Roten Pfeile" comes with the original photorealistic driver's cab and interior. The sounds were recorded in the driver's cab during the journey. Also included in the package is the Red Arrow 1001, as it was in service since 1973 before being converted into a nostalgic vehicle by SBB Historic. The lettering and color were also adapted in 1973. Also included is the Roter Pfeil RAe 2/4 1002 in the color scheme of the 1950s, as well as the small, exclusive ski trailer that was built especially for this locomotive. A unique thing, a single-axle trailer on railway tracks, attached to an express railcar.
